To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What size light do I need for my pool table?
Your light fixture should match the length of your table's playing surface. We recommend the 6-head model for 7ft and 8ft tables, and the 12-head model for 8ft and 9ft tables. Check the "Recommended Table" spec on each product page.
How do I install it?
All our lights are hardwired ceiling-mount fixtures. A licensed electrician can install it in under an hour. Mounting hardware and instructions are included in the box.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
It depends on the model. Check the product page to see if the height is adjustable and the available range. The recommended distance between the light and the playing surface is 32"–36".
Are the bulbs replaceable?
It depends on the model. Some fixtures use integrated LEDs with no bulbs to replace, others accept standard bulbs. The light source type is listed on each product page.
Is it dimmable?
Check the product page for your specific model. Most of our LED fixtures are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch (not included).
Will it work with US electrical wiring?
Yes. All our fixtures support standard US 120V wiring. Most models also support universal voltage (96–260V).
What are the fixtures made of?
Premium materials only. Depending on the model: brushed gold or matte black metal frames, hand-ribbed crystal glass, smoked chrome glass, or acrylic diffusers. No plastic parts.
