This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through Blackwell Billiards. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Due to the size and weight of our products, all tables are shipped via insured freight delivery. Once processed and dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
- Destination location
- Freight carrier performance and scheduling
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons or high-demand periods
Blackwell Billiards is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to customers within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may be subject to additional fees or extended delivery times. Contact us at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com for a shipping quote to these locations.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Blackwell Billiards shall not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Costs
All orders include free door-to-door freight delivery within the continental United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available. Freight tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take several days to appear in the system. For delivery status inquiries, contact us at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com.
Delivery Instructions
Your table will be delivered to your door via freight carrier. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment. We recommend having at least two people available to move the package inside, due to the weight of the product (approximately 130 kg / 286 lbs).
Inspecting Your Delivery
We strongly recommend that you inspect the packaging upon delivery before signing for the shipment. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com
We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully insured during transit. If your table arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge. You will never be responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In the event that your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com. We will work directly with the freight carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to be available for delivery after multiple attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees. Contact us to arrange a new delivery.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us at blackwellbilliards@gmail.com for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Policy Updates
Blackwell Billiards reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
