At Blackwell Billiards, we stand behind every table we sell. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our priority.
3-Year Quality Guarantee
Every Blackwell table is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 full years from the date of delivery. If a structural or material defect appears during normal use within this period, we will replace the defective part or send a full replacement free of charge.
Damaged in Transit
All shipments are fully insured. If your table arrives damaged:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Take photos of any damage (packaging and product)
- Contact us within 48 hours at contact@blackwellbilliards.com
We will arrange a free replacement shipped directly to you. You will never pay for damage that happens during shipping.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the size and weight of our tables (130 kg / 286 lbs), we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once the item has been delivered. We strongly recommend confirming your room dimensions before placing your order.
If your table has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund by contacting us at contact@blackwellbilliards.com. Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Missing Parts or Accessories
If any part or accessory is missing from your delivery (balls, cues, rack, brush, chalk), contact us within 7 days and we will ship the missing items to you at no cost.
